    "The Screamers' KISSIN' COUSIN" So the story goes a brand new 1956 Mercedes SL on it's way to delivery to it's new owner never made it and ended up a wreck on the side of the road - carrier truck and all. Along comes Chuck Porter a true "hot-rodder" who bought the remains from the insurance company with the idea to create an "American SLR".
